Youth Ambassador Training (Fall 2025 launch)
Our 12-week peer leadership training program equips high school students with tools to support mental health awareness, lead youth circles, and become change agents in their schools and communities. Ambassadors will explore topics like stigma, cultural identity, peer mentorship, and advocacy through workshops and storytelling.
Mentorship (In-person & Virtual)
We pair emerging youth creatives with mentors across fields like visual arts, wellness, spoken word, and leadership. Through monthly check-ins, creative challenges, and affirming dialogue, we nurture personal growth and guide young people in discovering their strengths both on and off the page.
Monthly Mental Health Curriculum (Themed Education)
Each month, we explore a different theme--- such as boundaries, grief, burnout, or self-image--- through digital resources, group discussions, and hands-on reflection activities. Designed for youth and educators alike, this curriculum centers accessibility and cultural nuance.
Community Events & Creative Wellness Activities
From paint-and-heal sessions to poetry open mics and restorative movement circles, we hold space for creative expression that prioritizes wellness and connection. These gatherings are judgement-free zones for youth to simply be, create, and breathe.
Seminars & Panels with Guest Speakers (Virtual & In-Person)
Our speakers series brings together mental health professionals, artists, educators, and youth leaders to share lived experience and expertise. Whether online or in person, these sessions aim to inspire, inform, and break down barriers to healing.
Future Programs: Meditations, Resource Kits, Online Forum
We're building toward a digital ecosystem that includes guided meditations, downloadable resource kits, and a safe online forum for peer support. These upcoming tools will offer ongoing care and community beyond physical events.
